2025-04-01 7:02:37 AMAt approximately 5:50am local time, one of our core routers unexpectedly went offline. We worked quickly to repair and get this device back online. This router was offline for approximately 50 minutes. We are investigating to see why router failovers didnt work as expected. Full service should be restored at this time.
